At Fraser Valley Concrete Scanning Ltd., we believe in transparency and reliability in every project. Our Master Service Agreement (MSA) provides a clear understanding of our responsibilities, limitations, and the conditions under which we provide repair coverage. Here’s what you need to know:

• Accuracy & Repair Coverage: If any buried target identified by us is misidentified and damaged during coring, we offer repair coverage up to $2,500. This pledge is valid only under the MSA terms and requires that all recommendations in the report are followed.

• Client Responsibilities: Safe and successful outcomes depend on following our guidelines. Clients must ensure all marked boundaries remain intact and adhere to our report’s recommendations. For third-party work, such as coring, we recommend trusted partners who share our standards of excellence. [See link below]

• Liability & Scope of Use: Our services and reports are designed exclusively for each project. Unauthorized uses or modifications release us from liability, and limitations apply to areas outside our scan boundary.

• Insurance Protection: Our Commercial General Liability Policy covers up to $5,000,000, including Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions), for additional peace of mind.
